ORDERS

+ HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

After you choose your items to rent, Love Rent Return will ship the order, which you can return before or by the last day of the selected rental period in a prepaid shipping bag/box. If you have placed a subsequent order, Love Rent Return will ship your new order as soon as we get notification that your return order has shipped.

+ I AM NOT ABLE TO PLACE MY ORDER

+ WHAT KIND OF CLOTHES, JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES CAN I ORDER?

Love Rent Return carries a variety of Indian clothes, jewelry and accessories to keep up with your busy social schedule. The items in our inventory are hand selected by our best wardrobe stylists.

+ HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

Your order arrived with a plastic protective bag and a return label inside the original box. By the last day of your rental period, please pack your outfit into the protective plastic bag provided. Place the protective plastic bag into the box. Seal the box and affix the return label on the box. Drop it off to the carrier designated on your return label by the last day of your rental period to avoid incurring a late fee. If you no longer have your original packaging, it is your responsibility to return the order by the rental return date at your expense. You must contact Love Rent Return with your package tracking number.

+ HOW CAN I PLACE A SUBSEQUENT ORDER?

After you have sent back your current order in the prepaid return bag/box, you can place the new order. We will ship your order as soon as we receive confirmation that the previous order has shipped. For any special inquiries, please email us for assistance.

+ HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE CLOTHES/JEWELRY RENTED?

You can choose a rental period of either 4 days or 8 days. Your rental period is calculated from the day of receipt to date of return shipping. If you have rented for 4 days but return your rental after your 4 day rental period, you will automatically be charged $50/item/day up to 3 additional days. If you have rented for 8 days but return your rental after your 8 day rental period, you will automatically be charged $50/item/day up to 3 additional days. In both cases, after that, the full retail value of the item will be charged in addition to the original rental charge. Late fees are non refundable.


DRY CLEANING & STERILIZATION

+ IS MY OUTFIT/JEWELRY ITEM CLEANED AFTER ITS LAST RENTAL?

Our motto is a satisfied customer is the best source of advertisement. We take pride in the fact that all of our clothes are dry cleaned after each use, and jewelry sterilized upon return to feel like new.

+ CAN I BUY ANY OF THE CLOTHES, JEWELRY OR ACCESSORIES?

Sure! There are several items in our inventory which are available to buy. Those items are indicated as such on our website. All purchases are final once you buy.

+ WHAT IF MY DELIVERED OUTFIT DOES NOT FIT ME?

Each outfit has measurement specifications at the description page. Please use this as a guide to select the appropriate outfit. It is imperative that you try on your outfit as soon as it is delivered to you. If your delivered outfit does not fit as desired, please contact us via email at customercare@loverentreturn.com or phone at 201-777-0561 within 24 hours of arrival. We will gladly replace your outfit for another of your choosing available at the time of your order. If there is a price discrepancy, you will be refunded or charged accordingly and your replacement outfit will be shipped as soon as we have received notification that your current item is in the shipment process back to us. In the unfortunate situation that we are not able to send you an acceptable alternate, you will be refunded the full price of your purchase.

+ DOES MY OUTFIT HAVE TO BE STEAMED UPON ARRIVAL?

We steam each outfit before it is shipped. However, there may be creases that occur during the packaging and shipping process so your outfit may require light steaming upon arrival to you.

+ WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE OR LOSE ANY ARTICLES OF CLOTHING (FULL OUTFIT OR PARTIAL) OR JEWELRY ITEM?

You'll be charged 100% of the retail price of the full outfit for irreplaceable damage, lost and theft of any clothing or jewelry item.

+ CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER I PLACED?

You can cancel an order that you have placed for a full refund if the cancellation date is two weeks or more prior to your rental start date. You can cancel your order upto one week prior to your rental start date for site credit at Love Rent Return. Cancellation of your order less than one week prior to your rental start date is non-refundable. Please contact us at customercare@loverentreturn.com or call at 201-777-0561 for assistance with canceling your order. Items listed as final sale are non-refundable.


Styling

+ HOW DO I DETERMINE THE SIZE OF CLOTHING?

All our clothing items are based on US standard sizes.

+ WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?

We currently stock sizes from XS to XL. To serve all women, we are actively looking to increase our inventory that allow us to fit a diverse range of body types.

+ CAN YOU HELP ME PUT AN OUTFIT TOGETHER?

Yes of course! We have amazing stylists on board who can help you with all that you will need to look your best. Simply email us at customercare@loverentreturn.com or call at 201-777-0561.

+ CAN I MAKE ANY ALTERATIONS TO MY OUTFIT?

Any and all alterations are not permitted. You may use fabric tape to help customize the fit. Please be sure to remove the tape before returning the garment.


Billing

+ HOW DO I PAY?

After you select your items, you can checkout the items in your shopping bag by entering your billing information and submitting your order for processing. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been accepted.


Shipping

+ IS THERE GUARANTEED SHIPPING?

It typically takes 2-3 business days for our items to ship, we can provide you with an anticipated arrival date but we cannot guarantee that your items will ship to you on a certain date in case of unforeseen circumstances.

+ DO YOU SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES?

No, at this time we only ship within the continental United States.

+ DO I NEED TO PAY MORE FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping to and from is included in the rental pricing. In some cases, there will be an additional charge for shipping because of the weight and packaging requirements for a particularly heavy/oversized outfit.

+ DO YOU SHIP OVER THE WEEKEND?

We try our best to ship on all days but are limited by our shipping company. As of now, Love Rent Return can ship from Monday through Friday.
